Anthony L. Huxley, MScAnthony Huxley is a specialist in the provision of cost planning, cost control, estimating, scheduling, risk management, and forensic review services applicable to the pre-contract and post-contract stages of building design and construction.

He has more than 50 years experience in the cost planning, cost control, estimating and scheduling of construction projects, in Canada and overseas in both the public and private sectors of the construction and property development industry.

His experience is uniquely suited to the forensic review of project scope, estimates, schedules, project management and design services, methodology and contractual obligation.

Until recently, and key to Huxley's contribution to, he is a past member of The American Association for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Sub-Committee E06.81 - Building Economics, and was for several years Task Group Chair for UNIFORMAT II Elemental Classifications.

Lectures, seminars, and credit courses have been presented in Construction Cost Estimating, Elemental Cost Planning, Cost Control and Cost Management, to Associations as well as private and public organizations in Canada, and the USA.
