Intelligent Building - This incisive article, entitled "How Can Buildings Be Intelligent?" which appeared in the February, 1997 issue of American Technology magazine, re-coins the phrase, "intelligent building" (that's the singular, not the plural form) resulting from the straightforward application of UNIFORMAT.
